Welcome: to Kirkcudbright Golf Course - A parkland course of excellent quality and variety. A warm welcome is extended to visitors, both individual and groups, to enjoy a golfing discovery, complete with full clubhouse facilities, catering and bar.

Directions: Located about 25 miles west of Dumfries the town of Kirkcudbright is easily accessible from the M6 or M74 motorways and also from Stranraer and the Irish Sea ferries. Safe country roads, beautiful coastal panoramas and a peaceful relaxed atmosphere characterise the area. You can combine some great golf with your sightseeing holiday - or better still, take in some sightseeing on your golf expedition!

Catering: Full catering facilities and fully stocked bar available. Full Catering £15.00 (Morning Coffee, Soup and Rolls, Evening Meal) Filled Rolls and Bar Meals from a varied menu also available.

History of course: The gentle slopes of Kirkcudbright Golf Course reward the golfer with magnificent panoramic views over the Galloway Hills and the Dee Estuary. Situated on the southern edge of the town, Kirkcudbright Golf Club was founded in 1893 and at that time consisted of a nine hole course, eventually being extended to eighteen holes in 1978 and with the addition of the current clubhouse, erected in 1987.

Club house: Buggies, trolleys and clubs available for hire. Balls etc available from bar and Secretary's office along with various items of logo clothing and accessories. Accessories available: Club Clothing - Sweaters and caps - Golf Balls - Logo Balls (Titleist), Callaways, Dunlop and Pond Balls. Gloves, socks, handwarmers and tees.
